Freediving / Apnea

For those who are interested in the world of diving, we advise you to take an apnea course.

Snorkeling is simply holding your breath and diving to discover the underwater worlds while challenging yourself.

If you have ever dreamed of becoming one with the underwater world, freediving is for you.

1 day of course, composed of:

– theory session

– pool/confined water session

– sea session.

The price may vary between 150 and  250€, depending on the itinerary and the number of people.

 Freediving Course Level I – 2 days course

On this course we will teach you the basics and safety rules of freediving, all what you need to be able to dive comfortably to 10-20 meters.

This course is more advanced than the one-day course, and will teach you a more complete technique for snorkeling

This courses is composed of :

– Theory

– pool session

– open water session
