Description

What is the Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) ?

Originated in Hawaii, Stand Up Paddling is
a type of surfing when boarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to
propel themselves through the water.

The Stand Up Paddle board is a large board
that allows you to stand upright and stable on flat water.

SUP is a smooth, full body workout, that is
a combination of balance, strength, and endurance which are exercised whether
you are paddling or just balancing on your board.

Everyone can practice this sport,
regardless of age or fit level!

Because we are an island we can always
choose the best water conditions by going to the Leeward sides of the wind, to
avoid big waves.

The difficulty varies according to the
waves, which is what increases the difficulty of this sport.

You will have plenty of time to swim and
enjoy some of the nicest spots of the Maltese Islands.

We have boards that take 1 person, 2
persons and the giant boards which can take between 4 to 8 peoples.

You will have a briefing on how to use the
paddle boards and head immediately to practice!

After the practice session, we will go for
a trek ride with boards to visit nice beaches, cliffs, caves or St. Paul’s
islands.

The price is between €35 and €55 per person
and takes about 3 hours.
